By spraying mist-like water, it prevents the dispersion of dust. To completely capture fine dust, abrasives, and debris, blasting operations can be performed in areas where conventional blasting work was difficult, without changing the processing capacity.
JISZ0310:2016MA Moisture Blast
This is a wet blast unit that can be combined with a dry blast device. The abrasive material is moistened to the extent that almost no water remains on the ground after blasting. Drying begins immediately after blasting. It can be attached and used with conventional air blast devices. The nozzle adapter at hand allows for ON/OFF control of the water flow and fine adjustments of the water volume. By fine-tuning, the water flow can be narrowed down to 100-200 CC/min. Water is pressurized (10:1) with a plunger pump and injected at high pressure. It is also suitable for long-distance blasting (300m or more). Rust inhibitors can be used in conjunction. A separate diaphragm pump allows for the use of stored water from tanks, etc.
